Hi my name is Mary. I have over 7 years of childcare experience including; nanny for 4 boys, dayhome back-up, 3 years running my own dayhome and 5.5 years as a loving mother to Logan, an energetic preschooler, and 4.5 month old Mckenna. I have police clearance, first aid, CPR C and my Level 1 Certificate in Early Childhood Education.
My dayhome offers:
~Very limited/No processed foods - I believe that nutrition is one of the most important aspects of a child's development and serve whole foods. Daily menus are posted for parents to see.
~Breakfast, Lunch and snack daily
~Large fenced yard - With playground equipment. We are outside for a minimum of 1 hour daily (2 hours minimum during summer months) and we are located close to 2 community parks.
~Non-smoking home
~Field trips - We have visited the Zoo, Petland, Play dates with another dayhome, Glenmore Park, water parks.
~Lots of learning - We hatch duck eggs and raise butterflies in the spring! In the past we have had visits from Petland, Calgary Police, and the Calgary Fire Department!
~Pet friendly - Wiggles and Giggles is home to baby bunny "Pepper"
~Large indoor playroom - We have a large playroom (not in basement).
