I am a private legal caregiver that is fully vaccinated against covid and observes all covid 19 protocols as advised by Health Canada when warnings go out.
Are you looking for a safe, caring, and stimulating daycare with a warm and positive environment? I provide the best alternative care for your child next to your home.
I encourage the children to be the best they can be by providing them with lots of stimulation, reasonable limits and expectations in a fun relaxed atmosphere. I do not use time out but prefer to redirect the children in a positive way. This method insures happier children in a non aggresive environment.
As a caregiver and a former workshop teacher and teacher's aid I set a high standard for my daycare. My credentials are taking childcare courses at Algonquin with certification and National Childcare Federation courses to participating in many workshops over the years.
My daughters are grown and live away from home. The fact that I have no young children of my own enables me to focus all my attention on my daycare children only. Healthy home cooked meals like stews, pot roast, soups and pasta.
Clean, modern, single family home, fully fenced located on a quiet court, steps away from a nice park and 2 minutes to the Queensway and the new O-Train being built and rapid transit. I have a newer double stroller for our walks (weather permitting).
I have one large playroom that has a playhouse
with a slide, workshop, kitchen, garden, washer and dryer, shelving filled with toys, sit on toys, puzzles, books and many other smaller toys. I have a large deck and a fully enclosed backyard.
