I have a wonderful home daycare that has been in the Ira Needles/Erb Area for the past 5 years. We serve home cooked nutritious meals/snacks with a fruit or veggie at each meal. I have a large fenced backyard which is shared with a neighbouring caregiver so there are lots of friends to play with. I teach kindergarten readiness, independence, and manners to all of the kids. We have a large playroom which the kitchen overlooks, so the children are always within sight even while I prepare meals. We do crafts and sensory play as well as trips to the library and local parks, splash pads in the summer, the odd trip to a museum if my #'s permit.
