Reasonable Flat Rates & Receipts Are Always Given Upon Payment Which Are Income Tax Deductible! By Going With Flat Rates, It Is Easier For You As Parents And For Myself (No Monthly Calculations) Plus A Few Months A Year Have More Then 19 or 20 Work Days, Which Gives You A Day Or Two Free Care In Those Months!!

Nutritious Snacks And Lunch Provided At No Extra Cost! The Menu Is Always Posted By Monday Morning, So All Parents Know What Their Child Is Eating While In My Care! While I don’t make five course meals, I try to do “Kid Friendly” meals so that there is no struggle with little ones and eating! Children in my care are encouraged to eat, not forced!
Daily Lessons, Learning Activities, Puzzles, Legos, Building Blocks, Dress-up, Make-Believe Play, Crafts, Circle & Story Time!
Lots Of Outside Play When Mother Nature Cooperates! We Like To Go To The Park Located About 2 Blocks Away At Least Once A Week! We Also Play In The Back Yard Often!! We spend quality time outside, not just out and back in after 20 minutes!

I don’t have a million dollar home, to be honest my house is not real fancy at all! BUT your child will be shown nothing but love and attention while in my care! I am buying new toys all the time, and trying to upgrade when and where I can! Plus let’s be honest – having all new carpet and furniture around little ones is not the smartest idea!!! I am a mother of a 11, 10.5 and 5 year old, I would like to think that after 10.5 years that I know right from wrong when it comes to children! My home is not fancy, but it is clean!!!

My Conditions Are As Followed:
(this is signed and a copy is given to the parents, and one is obtained for my records, along with a form that has special instructions such as allergies for me as the care giver, and emergency contact numbers for me to notify the parents in case of an emergency!)
One month notice will be given by parent if canceling childcare.
One month notice will be given by myself if canceling childcare.
Open from 7 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday.
Payment for childcare is DUE IN ADVANCE!!! (Payment for the 1st to the 15th is due on the 30th of the month prior and care for the 15th - 31st is due on the 15th of the month!)
Payment for Childcare will be Payable the 15th and 30th of every month. (for months when the 15th or 30th falls on a weekend day - fees are due the Friday before)
Rates Are as Following:

Late Fees of $5.00 (per half hour) start promptly at 5:35 pm
I do not spank – we use time outs only.
Sufficient notice will be given by myself when needing time off, BUT I am not a daycare center - emergencies arise!!! I do not have back up care set up – this must be arranged by the parents. (I have only had to take 4 sick days in the past 3 years of providing services)
A child starting in my care will be under a 2 week probationary period, anytime in those 2 weeks if too many problems arise, I don’t have to give anymore then 24 hours notice that I will not continue child care.
All snacks and lunches will be provided at no additional cost to the parents. (If a child is really picky, they may bring their own lunch if desired, but no cost cut will be given.)
Parents must bring their own diapers, change of clothes and special milk or formula for their children. (We always have 1% & 2% milk in the house)
If anyone else is picking up a child I must be notified in advance by the parent of who will be doing so, and that person may be asked to produce two pieces of id.
