Jordan's Playroom is a fun and educational day care for children aged 12months to 5 years (pre-kindergarten) of age.
Our daily activities include, Free play, Morning circle time (letter & number recognition, shapes & colours, flash cards etc.), Make Believe (dress up, puppets, making story boards etc.), Arts & Crafts, Puzzles & Games, Circle time (Songs, instruments & rhymes), Story time, Outdoor Play.
We go on outings to parks, beaches, libraries, and playgroups.
I have a fenced in yard with a climber slide, ride on toys, bikes, balls etc.
A playroom for the children with a variety of toys
A separate room for naptime (Quiet time in the living room for children who don't nap - books, puzzles, quiet toys).
I have my infant/child first aid and CPR certificates, The Food Safe certificate and a clear criminal record check. I am in the process of becoming registered with the Sunshine CCRR as an LNR day care - should be completed this coming week. I am working towards becoming a licensed day care.
I have been doing day care in my home for over a year. I also have experience doing childminding for a fitness class run by the SCRD and baby-sitting for many different families. I am a mother to a two year old boy.

Must love pets! We have a small dog (american eskimo) and a cat. (both are friendly). Children must be up to date on their immunizations. |
