My name is Tanya and I am a Mother of 1. I am 31yrs old, First Aid/CPR trained, with very high values and morals. I'm gentle, kind, responsible, nurturing, empathetic, sympathetic, open-minded, active listener, honest, trustworthy, dependable, and much more...I provide child care services in my clean, smoke free home. I offer a warm, happy environment, as well as healthy meals, snacks and activities. I am now in the Toronto area (relocated from Alberta) and looking to start running a home daycare here within the next couple of weeks. I can provide a criminal background check.
Daily activities include:
Trips to the local library, Ontario Early Years Center and community centre all within a 10 minute walk
-Outdoor play ( nature walks, scavenger hunts)
-arts and crafts ( paper bag puppets, masks, finger painting)
-Circle time ( stories, songs, calender and weather)
-nap time/quiet time
-free play ( this is when I let the children run wild! LOL)
-music and movement ( musical instruments, dance, singing)
-dramatic play ( dress up cloths, play kitchen, dolls, props)
-fine motor activities (rolling play dough, using scissors, puzzles)
-gross motor activities (crawling, hopping, magic rock game)
-hygiene practice (hand washing, teeth brushing, toileting)
I believe all children are individuals and try to insure a stimulating environment that children can grow and succeed in. My goal is to foster a healthy, trusting relationship/partnership between parents & myself.

Must be willing to fill out a small questionare, emergency contacts, child likes/dislikes, known allergys, best way to comfort your child, etc etc...
