Description
At Love of Learning home daycare, children are encouraged to engage in many activities that build self esteem & self awareness. The program focuses on peaceful parenting and the positive message that within set limits & interest based learning, a child can accomplish anything. They are taught hands on life skills & healthy, productive communication. I have 15 years experience as a caregiver & have worked in preschool & kindergarten classrooms, ECE training as well as 1st aid & cpr. This is a non smoking home cleaned with natural & environmentally friendly products to reduce exposure to chemicals & pollutants. I have a spacious closed in backyard with a large play structure and I am in close proximity to many parks & schools. I strive to keep children active, healthy & happy with nutritious natural/organic foods, daily out door play, crafts, educational activities & loving guidance. Our primary language spoken is English however, I do use basic French in daily conversation with the children in order to encourage their love & curiosity of learning the language.
