I know how hard it is to leave your child with a stranger when you are heading back to work or school. I am a mother of 3 and I had to make those choices too. In my 24 years providing childcare, I have learned how to make this transition easy for the parents as well as the child ( I think it's harder for the parents actually) children adjust nicely in about 2 weeks.
