I have 15 years experience in a home daycare setting. I have taken self esteem building courses for children, baking with children and crafting with children courses.
I am the mother of 4 children 2 at home and 2 in school
We are a loving non smoking home with 1 small poodle.
We have a fully fenced yard and a brand new park in walking distance.
My program begins at 8:30am children in attendance before 8:30 am will have quite supervised free play in my fully equipped main floor daycare room.
Our day is as fallows
8:30- Circle time= weather talk, story few songs
9- table time= magnet story boards, felt boards, playdoh
9:20- outdoor play
10:20- back in , wash up and snack
11- circle time story and finger plays
11:30- creative play
12:15- lunch
12:45-2:15 nap/ quite time
2:15 wake up time sit at table have some water and chat
2:30 craft
3or3:15 creative play (could include baking our snack)
3:50 after school kids arrive and we have snack
4:30-outside play-home
I have experience with children with ADD,ADHD, OCD,ODD,SID, speech delays, developmental delays, diabetes, seizure disorders , sever food allergies, cystic fibrosis and hard of hearing. I am always willing to modify my programming to be as inclusive as possible |
