"Daycare with a Difference"
I have a B.A. in sociology, a Bachelor of Education degree (Primary/Junior) and Early Childhood Teaching certification by the Canadian Montessori Academy. I was working as the head teacher at Perth Children’s House Montessori School and have now decided to open my very own in-home daycare.
My goal is to provide much more than just the run-of-the-mill daycare, I want to utilize my skills as a Montessori Teacher and love for teaching to provide your children and mine with as many opportunities as possible to explore, discover and learn about themselves and the world around them.
The daycare has a large bright indoor play area with large windows and a large fully enclosed outdoor play area. Our house is situated in a very quiet residential area in Nepean. It is a smoke free environment with no dogs or cats (however, we do have a very gentle rabbit in a pen in another area of the house).
