Menu in my day care will:
Minimize all Trans-fats. Serving 'Becel', olive and canola oil only
* Fresh produce as much as possible
*put emphasis on plenty of fruit and vegetables.
* Grains whole wheat bread - brown rice, wholewheat, pastas, biscuits
* Legumes - seeds - soy, beans.
* Diary - 3.25 % (infants - whole milk), yogurt, cheeses
* Peanut Free – environment..
* Water - I use boiled water all the time.
* Limiting sugar, fats and salt to a minimum
