At Great Beginnings Montessori home daycare l offer the best of both worlds!!! I believe in learning by doing, and that learning is fun! Children should neither be pushed nor held back, but learn at their own pace. The Montessori method offers developmentally appropriate activities for individual children, and helps them develop problem-solving skills.
Our daily activities include: Circle Time (calendar, singing, counting, letter recognition, dancing and lot’s of reading and puppets / felt stories) Open arts and crafts! We have one daily art craft that will go home at the end of the month with a monthly newsletter!! Painting easel, wipe-on / wipe off easel (lot’s of fun) Large and fine motor skill development!!! Your child will have lots of outdoor fun!! Great Beginning’s encourages positive childhood development by providing opportunities for your child to meet new friends, try out new activities.
