Day Home in Hawkwood, with spaces available Monday to Friday for children ages 6 months up to 6 years. Part time children are welcome. I have 20 years experience running a day home, my child/adult emergency CPR-AID Certificate and I am also a certified Yoga instructor and Personal Care Attendant. In the process of getting my City Bussiness license.
Neighbouring communities of SilverSprings, Citadel, Edgemont, Arbour Lake and Ranchlands. I am also close to Country Hills BLVD, Crowchild Trail, and John Laurie.
The Day home/ classroom/sleeping area is located in the basement giving the children the entire space. We have a have a large, completely fenced in and secure side yard dedicated to just the kids. It includes a slide, sandbox, play house, picnic table and numerous other outdoor toys and activities. My home is very well kept, clean and sanitary.
We have daily activities including crafts, reading, colouring, music, dancing and yoga, providing care in a warm and loving, clean and safe environment. Several hours of fun playing and great times for every child. Monday/Wednesday and Friday mornings between 10am-12pm are dedicated to a preschool program for all the little ones getting the added benifit of the experience. Focusing on colours, shapes, letters, numbers, phonics, math and critical play.
Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks are provided daily.
Finding good childcare is no easy task and my goal is to care for your children the same as I cared for mine. To ensure everyone is happy, spots are filled on a 'good fit' basis and not first come first served. Thank you for your understanding.
I am accepting part- time and full time - rates are $60/day for part time with a minimum of 2 days a week and $800.00/Month for full time.
