I am a very energetic and active 33 year old woman who enjoys spending lots of time outdoors playing sports such as baseball, volleyball and tennis.
I spend most of my down time reading and volunteering. I thrive on continuing my education and learning new things such as languages, astrology and painting.
I have decided to go back to part time studies this fall so I can constantly continue to grow better knowledge and skills for providing professional Family Childcare in my community.
I have completed the Special Education Teacher's Assistant Program, various ECE elective courses, Food Safe, First Aid Level 1, Violence Prevention as well as a solid background check.
I have been working with children of all ages for 12 years and I absolutely love it!
A little about the Daycare......
I provide childcare in my home, Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 5pm (hours are flexible). I have 3 wonderful children in my care now and we are looking for 1 more "perfect" addition to our group.
I can accept children ages 18 months and up as a lot of our activities are more suitable to that age group and I want the children to have the quality care of one on one.
I provide a clean, safe and fun environment and enjoy doing arts & crafts, painting,coloring, singing & dancing as well as park and playground play.
My home is a bright & spacious; convienently located on the skytrain route, close to numerous parks, community centers, Science World and the Seawall and I am only minutes from Yaletown and Tinsletown.
My building has a secure outdoor playground on the garden level and ample parking for easy pick up and drop offs.
