My family and I have opened our home again to a few more children who need a healthy, happy, hip home in which to spend their days. We are located right off the intersection of Glen Erin and Britannia, in the Meadowvale area of Mississauga.
We have converted the entire main floor into a children's play area filled with happenin' things to do, along with high spirits, hopes and humour! I am 22 years old and filled with tons of energy so I'm able to be a friend to the children who can keep up with their energy levels, as well as a responsible caregiver. I ensure that the whole child is cared for, which includes all facets of development (emotional, psychological, etc) not only the physical. I have been enrolled in an Infant/Child First Aid and CPR course to renew my certification.
I have spent a great deal of time constructing a website that will attempt to help you decide whether my home is a place you'd like your child to spend his/her days so please check it out. I have attempted to answer all questions I generally receive throughout the site.

My adult-child ratio will remain at 1:3 as to ensure that each child receives all the love and attention that (s)he requires. I interact with children and this is important to me so you can rest assured that this policy will not change. I have an assistant to provide additional love and attention.

I do require that the children sleep through the night as I run a daycare during the day and while my family has tons of energy, we need a mostly uninterrupted night of sleep to recharge. An occasional night waking is to be expected, but it should not be more than once a week. |
