Children require effective, structured and guided supervision. As the care provider I am responsible for your Children during the hours of my care. I will ensure that proper care includes ...encouragement, continued motivation, constructive & positive activities, practiced good habits, and most of all, appropriate behavior is conducted and always promoted.
Promise:
Children need practice in order to grasp new concepts and develop daily skills. A light-hearted, positive environment creates a constant dependable, constructive & optimistic attitude. Understanding and appreciating your Child’s advancement and growth pace will allow me to easier identify their area of need. Sometimes too much persistence or forcefulness causes regression. Realize and be aware that each step is just a fraction of your Child’s overall progress and development. One of my objectives for the Children in my care is to cultivate an affirmative character with a positive and decisive personality, while still being able to instil that confidence and self-assurance which makes them proud to be exceptional, outstanding and distinctively unique.
I believe that it is equally important to maintain an aroused curiosity. I think that constant encouragement contributes to their enthusiasm to learn. My aim is to peak their interest through a wide range of activities and varied experiences which ultimately enhances their feeling of independent worth and promotes motivation. A significant amount of a Childs determination is based on their feel and sense of support. Simple words of inspiration such as “You can do it” could be the driving force of successful growth. Happiness is the key to their sense of comfort and security. As your Child’s first educator, it is my desire to help them as much as possible to have good learned behaviour, to become cooperative and attain their optimum potential in becoming school ready.
