My name is Cheryl Mowles and I am the owner of Koality Daycare. I have been providing daycare from my home for the past 22 years. I opened up Koality shortly after having my 2 children. At that time I decided to try a career change from the legal sector so that I could stay at home with them. I've thoroughly enjoyed, not only looking after, but teaching and nurturing all of the children in my care all these years and continue to do so. Koality is run on the main floor in a smoke free, clean home. I also live in a quiet neighbourhood in a residential area.
I have a large fenced in backyard with lots of play equipment including a sandbox, swing set and lots of outdoor toys for both younger and older children.
My describe Koality as an informal, loving family setting. You can go to work with no worries, knowing that your child is safe and happy. During the day we have circle time where we teach social skills along with thinking and storytelling, creative time including colouring, puzzles, crafts and also dramatic play where we assume different roles such as dress up, playing restaurant, doctor and maybe even hairdresser just to name a few of the fun activities. Nutritious lunches and snacks are provided.
I have my CPR and First Aid certificate and also Police Check.
