I started my day home not only to spend time with my own children but also to provide quality care for other children. I know how hard it can be to find good quality care for your precious children, so I hope you and your children feel safe and welcome when walking through my doors. I provide reciepts as I do have a business license with the city of Regina.
I have three children of my own with my husband. Born in 1999, 2006 and 2009 they are my main focus in life. I have been running my day home since 2006.
My home can be open from 7:15 a.m to 5:00 p.m Monday to Friday, though I prefer to arrange specific drop-off and pick-up times for each family. I may provide care for extended hours as agreed upon in each individual situation.
I enjoy taking the children on adventures when the weather permits. Walks to parks, trips to the Library, shopping for groceries, supplies and other activities (when supervision numbers allow it, my husband helps me out when he has days off). Crafts are done on special occassions but there are always supplies on hand if a child is feeling creative. Lots of toys, games, puzzles and learning. Children learn by free play aswell.
Pet free and Smoke free home.
I charge a monthly rate according to ages. This is outlined in my Parent Handbook which each parent is given a copy of to refer often.
I believe that all children want to "be good" and that a stable and somewhat predictable environment will help. When children know what is expected of them and are given the opportunity to succeed, most boys and girls will flourish.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Admission conditions
If your child attends school out of the area you must find transportation for them.
If you are entering your child into Pre-school you must find transportation for them.
Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
