Located in Cataraqui Woods on Hickorywood Cr., Kingston, Samantha's Place offers a wonderful learning environment for all ages. As a homeschool mother and teacher of 6 beautiful children I have a lot of experience setting up fun and educational activities for children. Our daycare is t.v free during the day and full of exciting learning adventures instead. I encourage each child to be all that they can be by offering age-appropriate activities that will foster not only new skills but positive self-esteem.
Children are encouraged to explore with lots of outdoor time, lots of arts and crafts and just plain fun. Story time, cooking time and library times are all activities that we enjoy weekly.
I strive to provide a home away from home. A place where you can feel comfortable leaving your child. A place where your child will be respected and cared for with 100% positive direction. Each and every child is special and at Samantha's Place positive self-esteem is a priority...next to safety of course!
We have hardwood floors that are vacuumed 2 times daily and we are smoke-free. We do have pets but they are very friendly and adore all people big and small.
At Samantha's Place our care is so individual that you can request care for special needs children and children on special diets. Email for more information.
Please contact regarding fee schedule and daycare hours needed. My care is very individual so prices differ if you need part-time as opposed to full-time. I can also do occasional care for a reasonable rate too.
Admission conditions
Must love to have fun and not be afraid to get messy. We do have pets but due to allergies in my 14 year old daughter the house is cleaned top-to-bottom regularly and a hepa air filter system runs in the home at all times.
Individual payment schedules can be set up for families. I follow the law when it comes to child-parent ratio so that means no more than 5 daycare children will be in my care at one time.
Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
