Kitchicoo Daycare was created by a group of 6 families motivated by the desire to be fully involved in the running of their child’s daycare - families who wanted to have a high level of control and say over what went on in the daycare on a daily basis. Kitchicoo is run as a cooperative model, meaning all families are involved and expected to participate in the proper functioning of the daycare.
Values guiding the families are those of cooperation, open communication, flexibility, respect, and of course, the well-being of our children.
Kitchicoo is located in Hintonburg/Westoboro.
Kitchicoo is a bilingual environment with French parental supervision two days per week.
1 full-time spot for September (or two part-time spots) is available.

Each family is required to volunteer for one day per week, as well as contribute to the ongoing operations of the facility including finances, purchasing, cleaning, cooking, and programming.
Kitchicoo welcomes families who use both cloth and disposable diapers.
Our kids’ current ages range from 11 months to 2 years.
