I am a registered ECE with first aid and CPR, and 10 years experience. I am also a mother of 2 wonderful boys and I believe that children come first. Therefore I am attempting to provide the best care possible. I believe children deserve an environment to learn, explore and grow as well as a place to be safe, not only from harm but safe to be themselves in action and expression. I will teach appropriate outlets for strong emotions and respect for ones self, others and their environment. I believe that with the proper guidance at a young age children will be able to develop into strong individuals, who will have the freedom of choice and the self confidence to stand up for what they believe. I understand that base knowledge is needed in order to grow. I feel at Wonder Tots your child will receive the stepping stones in all areas of growth. I will provide opportunities for social development through peer interaction and problem solving skills, activities to develop not only their physical bodies but also their minds. Emotionally your child will be able to express themselves through daily activities including art and dramatic play. For children the learning never stops and therefore at Wonder Tots I support that and follow their lead, and so, none of my programming is set in stone. I also believe that this is a team effort and so I will welcome any ideas that you have that could help benefit my program.
