The Teddy Bear Home Day Care is a Family run service. Our home is surrounded by parks and natural trails. Easily accessible from highway 403 and 401.
I have 3 kids of my own all in universities. Currently, I look after four children, ages 2yr and 4 yrs old. I have been looking after them since the day they were born since both parents work during the day. The other two are 6yr and 1yr. I am extremely loving and caring. I understand the needs of infants, toddlers and younger children.
I am very flexible with the services that I can offer. Each child is unique and requires care accordingly.
I have decided to keep a maximum of 8 children of ages 3 months & up, so I can provide the level of care that I have envisioned and any parent would demand.
Our emphasis, as a family, will be to provide a positive and educational learning environment. Healthy snacks can be provided (absolutely no junk food). It is recommended that parents provide their own snacks for those children who are sensitive to specific foods. Other features are: Part time care , Smoke free environment, Criminal record checked, References available.
Pick up drop off from neighborhood schools can be arranged upon request, fenced play area, designated space for activities.
Furthermore, I am an experienced mother with the understanding of how to deal with kids of all ages and strive to be a positive influence in your child's upbringing. Providing a CARING yet DISCIPLINED environment is our goal. We have lots of toys, age specific books, educations computer toys & programs, safe and supervised arts & craft items and puzzles to keep them positively challenged and occupied during the day. Scheduled Television and Nap times and frequent trips to Frank McKechnie Community Center & Library.
