Hi my name is Tonya an Early Childhood Educator, and a mother of a 2 year old son. I have been running my own home daycare for 2 years now. Over the last 12 years I have worked in many different settings with children of all ages such as community centres, day cares, learning centres and cruselines. It would be my pleasure to care for your child to provide a warm, loving, educational and a smoke-free environment. I provide a large spacious home with a fenced in backyard.
I am a professional who focuses on the developmental abilities and encourages each child that learning can be fun. This will start your child in the right direction for begining school. Being a new mother, it is so rewarding to witness my son develop his own personality and growth in learning and it would be my pleasure to be part of your child’s educational development.
Program Includes:
Full- time/Part time/ Before & after school care
Available Monday to Friday
7:30 am - 5:30pm (with some flexibility)
Outdoor gross motor play
Interesting themes
Learning circles- ABC's, days of the week, months of the year, numbers, weather, colors.
Individual program planning (depending upon age)
Daily communication Board
Monthly Calendars provided- includes fun days & activities to get everyone involved in our childrens learning: example wear red/ bring a book to share with our friends about dinosaurs etc.
Creative activties
Fine motor activities etc.
Nutritious snacks & lunch provided
Willing to help with toilet training
Reasonable and affordable rates
Please note that P.A days/ Summer break & March Break would include fulls day of care so this will be $40.00 per day for each child.
Please be aware that I do daily walks to & from Helen Wilson School
My goal would be to focus on the children's different developmental stages and to show the children that learning can be fun!

Admission conditions
Daycare policies are set in place to ensure a peaceful environment for all parents, all children and myself. This handbook will be provided during the registration.
