I have a background in Early Childhood Education. I have 14 years experience with both my own children, as well as, working in childcare centres.I provide a warm and loving environment where children can grow developmentally to their fullest potential. I provide a weekly educational curriculum that allows for play experiences in all areas of development. I provide developmentally age appropriate activities for the following areas: dramatic play, block play, sand & water play, sensory, creative, math & science, book centre, music & movement, educational circle, calendar, storytime, cooking experiences, manipulatives, puzzles and outdoor play. I provide a hot nutritious lunch and two snacks daily. I have four menus that are rotated every week. All menus are based on Canada's food guide. My home is smoke and nut free. |
