We offer all the things a government run daycare without the cost. I would like to give a little bit of my backround. I was a nurse for approx. 5 years before I went into teaching at Medix School. I taught there for another 5 years. In between those 5 years I went back to school and got my ECE. After my last child was born, I decided that I want to stay home and be with my children, and not just run out the door at 6am. I love my children and I love being home and teaching them.
Our morning and afternoon schedule.
We open our doors at 7am.
7am-8am Welcoming all the children in and waiting for all of them to arrive to have breakfast.
8am-8:30am Breakfast
8:30-9:00am Free play
9:00-9:30am Circle Time
9:30-10:00am ABC and song/ dance
10:00-10:15am Snack
10:15-11:00am Outdoor Play
11:00-11:15 Clean up
11:15-12:00 Lunch
12:00-12:30 Story time
12:30-2:30 Nap Time
2:30-3:30 Arts and Crafts
3:30- 4:30 Out door Play
4:30-5:00 Story Time
5:00-6:00 Free Play
We are open Monday thru Friday from 7am-6pm.
Extended care if need
The rate is $37.00 a Day
*Diaper changes are at 9am,11:15, 12:30 if needed, 2:30 and 5:00. also when ever needed in between these times
Admission conditions
I reside in a quiet neighbourhood with a park across the street from my house. I do have a little dog, he is so very friendly and really has no interest in the children. I do not allow him to be close to the children without the parents permission. I am a very caring person who has 3 children. I have had 7 children that I have watched since we have opened. But more children this summer. Right now I have 2 full time and 1 part time child. I also hav eone that starts in January of 2010. We are a fun and full of love here at Happy Babies Daycar
