Dragonfly Kisses is my small home-based nursery school program for children ages 2 ½ -5 years, where children are encouraged to develop their emerging skills by fully engaging themselves in learning opportunities through play. The program is designed with a focus on the arts, social skills, and early literacy to help prepare your child for school.
Before my daughter was born, I was a Child Development Consultant and/or Early Literacy Specialist for ten years, so I'm really looking forward to running my own program and being able to stay at home with Taia!
The program runs from 9:30-11:30 each morning. Extended care is available (with limited space). I welcome part-time families as well - sometimes a couple hours, two or three days a week is all it takes to help a little one adjust to the idea of being away from home and his/her parents. A small group in a home environment is very welcoming, and sometimes a lot less intimidating for the whole family.
