I've operated my business for 8 years.
I certified myself with the CCPRN network of home caregivers, with courses on operating a childcare service business, as well as safety, first aid & CPR and other child/parent related information.
I'm a mom of 2 boys, 8 & 10, and a 13yr old daughter. I enjoy sharing my affections with them and the other children in my care.
I have a BA as well as some college certification.
I love working with kids for many reasons; their perspective and outlook is educational, challenging, wonderful, rewarding and they are amazing. I have confidence in the abilities and knowledge I share with them.
My home is well equipped for a child's experience, with a playroom and a big fenced backyard full of trees and toys for use in play and to explore nature with.
I like to do occasional field trips and outings within my community.
I have a mixed breed mid size gentle 3yr old dog and an above ground pool, which is fenced separately and securely within my back yard.
My purpose is to ensure your child's development in an atmosphere that fosters their emotional and physical security, in a way that provides them confidence and allows them to learn how to be a part of the social world around them.
(I regret I'm not able to accommodate children with severe food allergies.)
