With over 20 years experience, I have received all levels of my Halton Childcare certificates. I hold a valid police check and update my First-aid & CPR certificate on a regular basis.
I provide a spacious child-proofed, clean, smoke-free house with a dedicated playroom for the children. Plenty of rooms for nap time. Fully fenced in yard. Located down the street from Danby Park and Gardiner Public school.
Activities include:
- visits to local parks, splash pad, storytime at Gellert, gymnastics, firehall & farms
- crafts/painting
- blocks
- play dough
- puzzles
- free play with a wide of variety of toys
- dancing/daily exercises
- dress-up/imaginary play
- outdoor play daily with appropriate weather conditions
- sand and water table
- circle time (reading books, singing songs, games, sharing special thoughts with our friends, learning activities based on theme, puppets, felt board stories)
- theme days (Halloween Party, birthday celebrations, Valentine`s Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day, pyjama day to name a few)
- developing skills (colours, numbers, ABC`s, manners, everyday life skills in preparation for school).
- many activities for development of gross and fine motor skills
Nutritious hot lunches and snacks are prepared daily.

Parents considering to bring their child to my home daycare must be aware that we have a very loveable cat (16 years old) and a dog that both absolutely adore the children! Any parent with a child with allergies to cats or dogs must keep this in mind!
