I am a mom of two and have been doing home daycare for over 6 years. I really enjoy spending time with the children I look after and treat all the children like they are part of my family. I provide the type of environment that I would like my own children to be in, if they were in daycare.
We live right across the street from George Kennedy Public School. This makes it really easy to walk our friends to school as well as really close to fun playgrounds.
Our days are always busy doing many different things. We like to go to parks, early years centers, the indoor soccer club (during the winter), splash pads. We also do crafts, dance to music, experiments that make us gigle and go "oh wow", and we also like to cook. And the most important of all, just be a kid and play with our friends.
I try to supply healthy and nutritious meals and snacks that the kids will enjoy. I encourage the children to try new foods, but do not force them to eat.
I am first aid and cpr certitifed. I have a police cheque and have the home inspections done for health and fire. II do provide receipts for income tax purposes.
