Hi there, I'm a mother of two beautiful children( I have a two year old son, and a 7 month old daughter). I'm a younger, upbeat mother, and I love children!
I have spaces available in my home daycare for Jan 1st, as I will be moving to a new area. I will be moving to Waterloo Village (Grandtrunk Ave) in the West End of Kingston.
My goal is to offer you childcare where you know your children are in a safe, happy, and healthy environment! I do have a daily schedule that is a guideline of our day, but of course we go with the flow! We do lots of organized activities including a weekly theme that our crafts, learning activities, storytime revolve around. We also do baking, singing/dancing, free play, playdoh, colouring, quiet reading, lots of outdoor time (walks, park, etc.), and much more! My daycare is an environment where your child will have fun and be full of smiles, but they will also develop and learn new things daily. I have also made my daycare into a more "homey" type of environment, and my daycare kids are like a little mini family. They are all close and such great friends!
I have been doing home daycare for 2 years, and loving every minute! I have my first year of E.C.E, current CPR/first aid training, and my home is smoke-free, and pet free.
As well, I am very flexible...my hours of operation are 6:00am-5:00pm, but I can be flexible to individual needs, and I do also offer overnight and drop-in care as well!
I provide two healthy nutritious snacks and a lunch per day....I ensure that the snacks cover at least 2 of the food groups, and lunch covers all of the food groups to ensure that your child is getting the nutrition he/she needs! If your child has allergies, I can look at your situation and see if accomodations can be made.
