Daycare space is available for part-time or full-time children in a warm and loving home. As a younger mom of 3 adult children and 1 toddler, I offer lots of patience, wisdom, guidance, energy and a warm heart to your children while in they are in my care.
Our home is smoke-free, safety proofed and has recently passed a licensed WeeWatch inspection. We have lots of age-appropriate toys and lots of space to play on a bright main floor with south facing low windows. Creative activity is strongly supported thru instructional learning, reading, crafts and kitchen arts which are so much fun. Children are encouraged to post their creations on display or to take home to show their family.
The backyard is fenced with shade cover in summer and we are located in a mature residential area close to Sir Ernest MacMillan Public and Lester Pearson Highschools near Walker's Line and Headon Road (south of Upper Middle).
Child friendly Yoga and Silly Song Dances are routinely used as exercise tools to soothe their little wiggly bodies and active minds. Recognising the importance of outdoor play, children are outdoors up to 1-2hrs per day, weather permitting. We are blessed with many parks in the area and are only a short walk away from the Tansley Woods Library and Recreational Centre.
Nutritional meals are always served within Health Canada's guidelines with few processed foods and lots of homemade meals, fresh fruits and vegetables. Hot lunches are routinely prepared and a new weekly menu is posted on parent's information board every Monday.
Caregiver has current first aid/cpr training and all necessary police checks and references. I actively participate in monthly workshops and caregiver meetings to keep up to date with daycare trends. As I am a weewatch provider, our home is open to monthy inspections. I offer both weewatch services and direct service to local parents in the area. Receipts are available, yearly.

Admission conditions
We own 2 full grown cats that are used to children and generally are not around during the day when we have a full house however please be aware of this in case your child maybe allergic to cats.
