Hello I am a 29 year old mother of a 3 year old toddler and a 1 year and half old boy. I have decided to stay at home and take care of children because I enjoy taking care of my little guys. My toddler walks, communicates and loves to play with other kids.
I have had this daycare for the past year. I have just recently been on maternity and now I am open for business.
I have a room dedicated for a kids play area with many toys, coloring book/crayons and lots and lots of kid’s books; and it is located on the main level where a washroom is located.
Typical day:
To start off the day I provide a warm breakfast followed up with morning activities such as: Flash cards, Educational Programs, Reading and more. Snacks are provided to keep children nourished and active. Fresh lunch is prepared around noon followed by an afternoon nap depending on the child. Snacks are provided again after the nap to carry the children over to dinner.
Activities:
*Depending on the weather: outdoor walks to the park and activities are recommended to keep children active*
*Indoor games, art & crafts, and educational activities such as flash cards, learning ABC’s, and 123’s are practiced on a daily basis*
First Aid/CPR and Police check completed.
