I am a loving, mother of a little girl who runs a home daycare. I will strive to provide your child with a loving, caring, and nurturing environment to learn and develop in. I have an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Social Development from University of Waterloo. I have studied child development extensively and have lots of experience with children. I am certified with St. John’s Ambulance in CPR and First Aid and have also completed a BabySafe course.
Daily activities include arts, crafts, singing, learning exercises, reading, simple food preparation, outdoor adventures and more. I run a learning curriculum with different themes and learning components each week. Special Events and Holidays are always celebrated! Healthy/Kid Friendly breakfasts, lunches and snacks are included in daily rates. Hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm. I am open to discussion regarding flexibility in hours. Daily reports will be sent home to help you know exactly how your child’s day was. I am located on a quiet, no exit street in the east end of Stratford, have a fenced backyard and a large area with a park directly behind my house. Daycare room is very large and bright with a walk-out to backyard and deck area. My home and property are clean, child-proof, smoke-free and FULL of toys and fun!
