I have one part time space available immediately. This opening is for a child aged 2 years or older. Sorry, I am full for infants and toddlers under 24 months old.
I can take one child 2 days per week, or a sibling group of 2 children for one day a week. You choose the days.
Available Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. I will consider earlier/later drop off/pick up times if required.
My dayhome is licensed and accredited, and provides subsidy. There are no pets in our home and no smoking. I have my Child Development Assistant Certificate (formerly Level One) as well as all the necessary items to ensure your child's safety:
-current child care first aid and CPR
-current criminal record check
-current child intervention check
-references available
Our yard is fully fenced and gated for backyard play. We go for many nature walks, and trips to the local playgrounds. We will also be making trips to indoor centers during the winter months.
For your children:
-fewer number of children in the dayhome than government standards mandate
-themes based around holidays, seasons, and children's interests
-craft and baking days each week as well as other routine based activities
-indoor and outdoor play
-nap time and quiet time
-wholesome and nutritious food served according to the Canada Food Guide. Various organic food included.
