I am a patient, well organized and creative married mother of 2 with a registered nursing background. Up to date CPR / First Aid, police clearance check for myself and husband. Strong references available!!!
My whole downstairs basement is dedicated to the daycare with a large professionally finished playroom offering nothing but bright natural light through the extra large windows. Separate sleeping areas in my home are given to all the children to have a proper afternoon rest!!! Many different age appropriate toys to choose from that are rotated monthly for lot's of fun play!!!
Outside play is experienced everyday here with us!!! We have a large fenced in backyard that that we play in that has age appropriate play structures as well as many other types of outdoor toys to keep your little one busy. Walks throughout the neighborhood, on walking trails or to parks close by are also experienced.
Healthy lunches and 2 snacks daily follow a 3 week rotation. Each menu offers a wide variety of fresh healthy foods that follow the food guide. Good table manners are of course emphasized as we sit around the kitchen table with our friends :)
Each week we learn about different shapes/colors, letters/numbers and have monthly themed units that are all outlined for parents to follow in our monthly newsletter. A toddler/preschool based curriculum is followed to keep your little one busy and stimulated as they have nothing but fun with their new friends!!! Nursery rhymes, songs, story time, arts/crafts, baking, puzzles, and much much more fill our days!!!
