I have one full-time or part-time spot available for the summer months, starting as early as June 24th, 2011 until your child returns to school in August or September 2011.
I am a mother of 2 (boy~7, girl~4), who has worked as a Resource Teacher in a child care environment for 10 years, and has been providing child care services in my own home for 4 years.
I am mild, and patient; encourage young ones to find their independence in all areas of development (social, self-help, cognitive, fine/gross motor, and language skills) and promote school readiness.
I provide a safe, gentle, and relaxed home environment with Healthy Snacks and Lunches; games; outside play;nature walks & exploration; circle time; story time; culinary activities; arts and crafts; music; and songs.
My back yard is fenced-in, and there are many parks which we visit nearby. I am bilingual: French/ English. I keep myself updated through workshops offered by the Child Care Providers Resources Network (CCPRN); I have a clear criminal record check; and I am certified in First Aid/ CPR. I provide tax receipts, and references are available.
My day care is smoke-free, pet-free (except for 6 fish + 2 dwarf hamsters).
My day care is also PEANUT/ TREE NUT-free due to my son's allergies. |
