I have 2+ part-time spots available immediately for a child 15+ months old (September 2016) @ 46.00/day, Wednesdays to Fridays.
I also have up to 2 Before and After School spots available @ 23.00/day, on the bus route to école élémentaire Michaelle-Jean. The bus stops in front of my house.
About me:
I am a mother of 2 (boy~12, girl~10), who has worked as a Resource Teacher in a child care environment for 10 years, and has been providing child care services in my own home for the past 8 years.
I am a gentle teacher who encourages young ones to find their independence in all areas of development (social, self-help, cognitive, fine/gross motor, and language skills); and I promote school readiness.
I provide a safe and relaxed home environment with Healthy Snacks and Lunches; games; outside play;nature walks & exploration; circle time; story time; educational activities; culinary activities; arts and crafts; music; and songs.
My back yard is fenced-in, and there are many parks nearby, which we visit regularly. I am bilingual: French/ English. I keep myself updated through workshops offered by the Child Care Providers Resources Network (CCPRN); I have a clear criminal record check; and I am certified in First Aid/ CPR. I provide tax receipts, and references are available upon request.
My day care is smoke-free.
We do have pets; a 32 gallon fish tank with 8 fish + our friendly English Spot bunny girl; Freckles.
My day care is PEANUT FREE due to my son's allergies.

I do not walk children to and from school due to the various drop off/pick up times of the families in care.
