We use only natural cleaning products, non-toxic art supplies, homemade sculpting dough and glue, wooden toys, and lots of outdoor time. We have a backyard with a veggie garden and a big emphisis on food, fun, and creativity. I believe strongly in the emergent philosophy of child led learning and exploration. Every child is unique and I believe that individuallity needs to be nurtured and celebrated. I serve nutritionally sound, unprocessed, organic where possible, vegetarian meals and snacks inclusive of dairy and eggs. This is not a nut-free home.
To set up an interview and viewing of our home and to see if we are a good fit for your childcare needs, please contact us. If you are a single parent who is experiencing financial barriers, please contact me to discuss possible alternatives. We look forward to meeting you:)
