At Jennifer's Family Daycare young children are cared for in a home setting with lots of time to explore nature, do art activities, sing and dance, cook, and freely play with the other children. We also enjoy frequent outings to playgroup, local parks, the library and neighbourhood events. I try to keep my home calm and happy with a predictable rhythm to each day.
By watching and listening to the children I can see what they are interested in learning and can plan my program accordingly. One of the best perks of my job is that even with 20+ years of childcare experience there is always more to learn and wonder about!
I genuinely enjoy and love the children I care for. By keeping my group small I am able to pay attention to the needs of each child in my care.
Admission conditions
We own two ferrets (very friendly) who are caged during daycare hours. Some children with cat allergies, however, may also be allergic to our ferrets.
