Low Ratio Child Care in Woodlands SW
MAXIMUM of 3 Children to One Caregiver at any given time
SPACE AVAILABLE FOR ONE CHILD ONLY BETWEEN 2 - 3 YEARS OLD
Hi, my name is Coriena & I have experience with children of all ages being a mother of a wonderful little 2 year old boy and 3 month old baby girl. I have a clean criminal & child welfare record & I am a non-smoker in a non-smoking household (inside & out) but we do have one medium sized child friendly dog named Heike. I am very mature, reliable, responsible, trust-worthy, friendly, patient & fun! Since I provide a low ratio environment I will only be accepting 1 child so at any given time the maximum children I will care for is 3 including my own.
I have 1 spot available from Monday - Friday anytime between 6:00am - 6:00pm I will be offering Full Time ONLY which is anywhere from 4-5 days per week. I also offer weekend and evening care and am willing to do overnights as well if needed.
My Full Time Rate
$400 per month

$200 Bi-Weekly
(you are not required to pay for sick days)

Healthy Lunch + 2 Healthy Snacks Daily
All Fees Required for Field Trips
All Fees Required for Daily Crafts & Occasionally New Toys & Equipment
I provide healthy meals & snacks throughout the day which are included in your monthly fee I also have a daily routine of fun activities & games as well as daily outdoor play and nature walks to the park which is right across the street from my home! Care is provided in my basement filled with tons of toys and activities for all different ages of children my home also has with Fenced Back Yard. My home is clean, safe and completely baby-proofed with working smoke alarms.
Fees are due on or before the 1st of each month in the form of cash only (receipts will be provided to those who ask) I can also work out bi weekly payments for those families who need it in these cases your fees are due on the 1st and 15th of each month. You will be refunded for sick days as long as your child receives a doctors note.
