I am a chef by trade and I have left the workforce to stay at home with my two year old daughter, I also have a ten year old daughter who is in school full time. My ten year old has a severe speech disability so I am very familiar with speech impairments and fine motor delays.
We have a newly renovated basement with a separate kitchen and very large play area which will be devoted to the children in my care. My backyard is fully fenced in with two play houses, we will spend a lot of our time doing outdoor activities if the weather permits. I believe that children should be outside and active as much as possible. I am also very creative and will be doing all sorts of crafts, stories and games on a daily basis.
