I am a mom of 2 boys, ages 8 and 6. My background is in adminsitration, with many years of childcare on the side. I have been running my home daycare for 7 years. I am located in the Kitchener core, on Hoffman Street, across from Queen Elizabeth School.
I have space available for before/after school care. Both of my sons are in school full time. I am open Monday to Friday from 6am to 5:30pm. I am also employed by the school as an elementary supervision monitor, so I am there during both nutrition breaks to help with the kindergarten students. I can also provide care during the day from 6am (or earlier if needed) till 1pm. I am at the school from 1:10 pm untill 2:10pm.
My home is smoke free with one dog. I have an indoor playroom, with lots of toys, books, games, puzzles and craft items. We enjoy circle time with lots of interactive songs. We also like to have both free play and structured play. Outdoor time (weather permitting) is in a large fenced backyard. Outdoor toys include a swing set, sandbox, ride on toys, basketball net and teeter totter.
Nutritious meals, snacks and drinks are provided. Monthly receipts provided and excellent references available. |

Must be okay with a dog in the home. I am only looking for children needing full time care during the school year from 6am to 1pm or before and/or after school care. I have space for full time care during the summer months, PD days, March break and Christmas break. |
