My Name is Danielle Sheehan and I am moving my home daycare to Arnprior in August 2010. I have been in operation since January 2008.
I have worked as a Child & Youth Worker for the past 12 years for the Crossroads Children's center in Ottawa, working with children of all ages. I have experience teaching social skills and anger management in types of settings. I have also worked in a Section 19 classroom, working with children whom can not function in the regular classroom setting.
I run my daycare like a preschool, getting your little ones ready for kindergarden, working on numbers, letters etc.. Our days include circle time, calander, singing, arts & crafts and as much outdoor play as the weather permits. Daily reports are included so you can keep up to date on your childs progress.
I am CPR and first aid trained and a member of the Childcare Providers Resource Network.
