Home Away From Home daycare is a new home based daycare located in Stoney Creek near Fruitland and Hwy 8. I am a mom of 2 and I have been running a home daycare for 3 years now, know firsthand how difficult it is to find the right home daycare for your family. I will provide a warm and loving environment for your children to learn and grow.
Our daily schedule will include things like story time, circle time, free play, arts and crafts, puzzles, movies, reading and writing, nap/quiet time and outdoor activities in the fully fences backyard equipped with play structure, sand box, and many fun outdoor toys. We are a short walk away from the park and take trips to the library and Early Years Centre. Healthy snacks and home cooked meals based on the Canada Food Guide are provided.
I have completed my Standard First Aid and CPR training, as well as CAS (Children’s Aid Society) checks and police checks. References are available.
There are two spots available for July 2012 and I am accepting children of all ages, full-time, part-time, and before/after school. Pick up and drop off for Glen Echo School is available. Hours of care are flexible.
Our home is smoke free and close to the QEW for easy access.

P.S. Must love Dogs as we have a yellow lab that is very affectionate and loves children. All of his vaccinations are current and up to date.
