As a red Seal chef, I will provide your children with delicious meals made from local produce, organic ingredients and homegrown garden vegetables. I will also offer your child the chance to grow, harvest and cook their own vegetables.
As an educational component, we will explore the natural world in our backyard and neighbourhood through investigations and play, participate in green practices such as composting and water conservation.
We will participate in a variety of arts through craft projects, dramatic and imaginative performances and games, field trips and visits from local artists.
I am a mom of 2 young children, have worked in non-profit children's centres, obtained a degree in environmental education and spent many years working with families to improve their nutritional health.
I have a fully fenced yard nearby to parks, ponds and green spaces that we will visit frequently and a large home with 2 separate play spaces, a craft area and reading lounge.
