I have been running Bright Beginnings Day Home successfully for the past six years. My day home is private and I do have my ECE 1, criminal record check with vulnerable sector search, standard and child safe first aid along with a social service intervention check. My day home is ran with government safety standards even though I am private.
I am a mom to a twenty two year old girl and an nine year old boy. I realize how hard it is to find just the right person to trust the light of your life with. I am pleased to be able to offer a home away from home where your child is nurtured and will thrive in an environment of emotional and physical safety.
Our day home is a structured place filled with crafts, circle time, early learning program, special activities, music, outside time, games and the ideal environment to aid your little one in development at his or her own pace.
We have an extensive, healthy all home made menu that is emailed to parents weekly. We also have an activity planner that is based upon the monthly theme and regular field trips. There is a daily helper and many more extra unique activities that has been incorporated into our program. I cannot possibly share them all here, but I do go into all aspects of our program during the process of us meeting and chatting about what care would look like for us and your child.
We do not have a tv in the day home space as our day is too full for tv and that is something I feel parents can do at home. At the day home it is my pleasure to ensure your child's imagination and natural curiosity is explored via play.
Your child will be exposed to and taught excellent communication skills, healthy boundaries and respect for themselves and others in a gentle and consistent way.
We have a fantastic space for play and a wonderful back yard that has a playground right outside of the back gate.
I can provide numerous shining references upon request from current clients as well as past.
Admission conditions
We are a peanut friendly day home.
Must not have allergies to pets. We have three mini Dachshunds. They do not have access to the day home or the day home space, but when day home is not open they do have access to the space leading to the day home.
If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
