Hello! My name is Julie and I am opening up an accredited, agency approved dayhome in the neighbourhood of Killarney in August 2010. Our home is easily accessible from 82nd street, 97th street, the Yellowhead, and 137th Avenue, and would be an ideal location for parents commuting from the north side to downtown or the west end of the city.
I love children, and have recently become a mother to a wonderful little boy. I would like to find some playmates for him as I come off maternity leave, and provide a caring, warm and educational environment in my home for all the children who come here. Our days will be filled with outdoor play (weather permitting) in our fully fenced yard, nutritious and homemade meals /snacks, circle time with songs and rhymes, picnics, walks around the neighbourhood, story time, field trips, crafts, games, playing at the nearby parks, dress-up, free play in our large, bright playroom, science experiments, snow angels, and so much more!
I have my Child Care Level 1, tons of experience working with children of all ages, and all appropriate security and child welfare checks have been completed. My first aid and CPR are being updated in July. I also have excellent references!

We have a chocolate labrador who is very child friendly, but those with animal allergies would not be happy here! If there are any other allergies or special needs, please let me know so I can try accommodate you as best I can. |
