Loving home daycare opening Jan 09 2012 in the new development of Grand Valley Trails area in Brantford. We are now accepting children of all ages who require care starting Jan 2012. I am an experienced home daycare provider with lots of energy and passion who loves taking care of children.
I am a highly educated 33 year old mother of two amazing children who decided to stay home and take care of my kids 4 years ago. I will be relocating from Ottawa where I ran a very successful home daycare for the last 4 years.
The daycare is pet free, smoke free, new and clean. My police record is checked and clean, CPR/First Aid trained, excellent references from all of my previous clients!
I always cook myself and often together with children - they love being involved! And I absolutely love how each moment is special and exciting in a daycare. Because we celebrate each day with morning exercises, dancing and so much more during the week:
Monday: MATH day - shapes and counting, logical games, mazes, classical music, crafts involving proper materials (stickers, numbers)
Tuesday: ARTS day - drawing, copying, live music time, drama, our own exhibition at the end of the day.
Wednesday: LIFE SKILLS day - we cook our own lunch, clean the daycare, organize our shelves, deal with zippers, lacing, beads, (tying knots as a special craft).
Thursday: ABC and literacy day - we learn to recognize our names, letters and sounds around us,story hour longer than usual daily story-time with puppet show is offered to watch inside or out, even the meal could be around ABC.
Friday: SCIENCE day - we search for a little experiments with natural materials, food, gardening, have a pet-show in the morning, learn about our body parts and have a bit of early geography with toys from a big -wide world and a great children's map of Canada and the world.
everything is dedicated to children and their daily needs! (We focus on exploring the world, being independent and respectful towards self and others)
Daily outings to parks (weather permitting) a big and fenced backyard, our own playground!
children sleep on the second floor, each one in his/her own playpen.
we provide receipts and treat you and your child as a part of our family!!!
I open the door at 6:30:AM until 6:00 PM. Any sooner or later is possible upon request.
Rates - Mon-Fri - $35/day
