I'm a warm, loving mother to three wonderful children. I will provide your child(ren) with a safe, nurturing, stimulating enviornment, where they can learn, develop and grow into amazing little people!
Located in Kanata, in the Brookside area, off Maxwell Bridge Road (one street past Klondike). On the bus route for South March Public School, St.Isodore, and Roger St. Denis.
I decided to stay at home because finding quality childcare was an impossible task for me. I interviewed numerous providers and none of them have met my expectations. I'd like you to feel confident that when you leave your child(ren) with me, you know they will be getting the best care and all the tools they need to be well rounded little people.
My program consists of:
-Daily circle time, show and tell
-Daily story time
-Free play
-Arts and crafts
-Cooking and Baking
-Educational activities to help your child(ren) develop language, reading, writing, and social skills
-Age appropriate toys
-Nutritious home cooked meals; breakfast, morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack
-Daily quiet time
-Large, clean, bright main floor playrooms
-Daily report to parents
-Daily outdoor/exercise time
-Monthly newsletter with themes, meals, etc.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I believe daily exercise, in a fun and exciting way, is a great way to build life long healthy habits. Play time outdoors is a daily activity, whether it's raining or shining (if it's too cold we will not be outside and will take part in fun exercises in the home).
Hours are Monday to Friday 6:30am to 5:00pm. Daily rate is $42 per child.
Qualifications:
-Follow the requirements listed in the Day Nurseries Act
-Member of the Child Care Providers Resource Network
-First Aid/Infant CPR trained
-Providing child care for the past 17 yrs
-Canadian Child Care Federation Training
-Smoke free home
-Police Background check
-Enhanced Security Clearance
-References Available
-Receipts provided
