I have been providing quality in-home daycare for 36+ years. It is my passion to provide affordable daycare for parents who have to work when they would much rather be home with their children.
I have vast experience with children ranging in ages from 3 months to 12 years and I enjoy each age for different reasons.
It has given me great pleasure that I have remained in contact with many of my past daycare children and now that they are having children of their own, I am providing daycare for them.
My rate includes a hot lunch and 2 snacks per day for each child. Children participate in yearly birthday parties as well as a Christmas Party complete with either Santa or one of Santas elves. Pictures are provided often as well so that you can see what your children are doing on a daily basis, and open communication is a must for families attending my daycare.
Going on walks is done on a daily basis, dependant on the weather at hand. Fenced in yard complete with jungle gym, ride on toys and water toys keep little ones entertained for hours. When inside I have a dedicated area for the children where they are free to play with various toys such as dinosaurs, kitchen set, barbies, tents etc. All open areas in the area designated for children have gates for security for little ones not knowing how to get up and down from the stairs.
I have experience providing care for children that may have peanut allergies, nut allergies and egg allergies. I have experience with epi-pens and I go to great strides to ensure that children with allergies are in a safe environment.
It gives me great pleasure to provide daycare for families in the Niagara Region and I think that my experience speaks for itself.
I have my current CPR, First Aid and Police Check. References are available and I tell parents to be sure to check the references so that they are confident in their decision should they decide to bring their child to my daycare. I know from raising 3 daughters that it is not an easy decision to make and I hope that I can ease your mind so that you can return to work and feel good about where your children are on a daily basis.
